Our drilling capabilities include a 30 horsepower, 50 taper spindle as part of our single set-up plasma profiling system with a locking shoe mechanism to eliminate chatter, and a 75 horsepower, 4000 RPM spindle with a magnetic chuck set-up as part of our gantry machining centre. Both systems include through-drill cooling and have been designed and tested for high hardness steel up to 600 BHN.
